Brewing Tips for our Assam Orthodox Black Tea -

Ingredients
  • Assam Orthodox black Tea - 1 teaspoon of loose tea leaves per cup
  • Saucepan with lid
  • Strainer
  • Fresh water neither too hard nor too soft
  • Honey/Sugar

Preparations 
  1. Pour water in the saucepan as per requirement.
  2. Boil the water in around 99 degree Centigrade or 210 degree Fahrenheit.
  3. Switch off the flame and add our Black Tea as per requirement to the boiled water and put the lid on the saucepan and steep the Tea for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea in cup with strainer and add Honey/Sugar as desired.
The tea is ready for serving. Milk may be added as per choice. Our quality of  Black Tea can have new water added for steeping as many as two times.

  • Brewing Tips for our Assam Green Tea - 

Ingredients
  • Assam Green Tea - 1 teaspoon of loose tea leaves per cup
  • Saucepan with lid
  • Strainer
  • Fresh water neither too hard nor too soft
  • Honey/Sugar
  • Lemon Juice

Preparations 
  1. Pour water in the saucepan as per requirement.
  2. Boil the water in around 85 degree Centigrade or 176 degree Fahrenheit. Lesser temperature for Green Tea.
  3. Switch off the flame and add the desired Green Tea leaves in the saucepan and put lid on saucepan and steep for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea in cup with the help of a strainer.
  5. Add Honey/Sugar as desired. Lemon Juice may also be added for taste.     
The tea is ready for serving. Our quality of Green Tea can have new water added for steeping as many as three times. 


  • Brewing Tips for our Assam CTC Tea / Cardamom Tea-

Ingredients
  • Assam CTC Tea - 1 teaspoon of loose CTC tea or Cardamom tea leaves per cup
  • Saucepan
  • Strainer
  • Fresh water neither too hard nor too soft
  • Sugar
  • Milk

Preparations 
  1. Pour water in the saucepan as per requirement.
  2. Boil the water in around 100 degree Centigrade or 210 degree Fahrenheit. Put the CTC Tea or Cardamom Tea and boil further for 2 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea in cup.
  4. Add Sugar and Milk as desired
The tea is ready for serving.
